Premise GuaranteeJust a few easy steps will ensure protection of your customers' property and your business with the new, more comprehensive Premise Guarantee:
If Premise fails to stop termites at any time within seven years of initial treatment, Bayer Environmental Science will reimburse you for up to 100% of product and labor costs involved in retreatment, up to a maximum of $1,000 for residential accounts and $5,000 for commercial accounts. We also will pay 50% of your damage claim insurance deductible, up to $500 per structure.
